I'm delighted that I selected ASAP for my lead inspection! I contacted them on a Monday and had a technician at my home by Thursday, which accommodated my busy schedule. I could have scheduled an earlier appointment if needed. They provided me with a helpful checklist on how to prepare. The technician was punctual, efficient, and friendly. I received my results the following day. They also promptly uploaded my results to the city's portal and provided me with valuable additional resources and information. If you're in search of a professional company, ASAP is the one. I will certainly choose them again.

Positive experience. Responsive, prompt and professional. They test and label each room so that if anything fails you know exactly which area needs attention. They told us just what to do to remediate the failed area. They file the Lead Safe certification with the city. I would use them again in the future as they made it an easy process..
