Philadelphia Modern Flooring

As a first time homeowner, every project seems so daunting and flooring was no different. After doing a search of contractors and spending a few months to learn more and get quotes, I found Philadelphia Modern Flooring and Angel. Angel was great to work with, he answered all of my questions respectfully, and was flexible with my schedule as well. When he came out to provide a quote, I felt like I was in great hands and I really appreciated that he shared his expertise when it came to the flooring selection. For some reason, I was stuck on dark colors but Angel showed me a rendering with a suggestion for light flooring and that was a game changer. I wasn't at home during the work but appreciated that Angel kept me up to date with calls and texts and was there at the end of the day when I dropped by to check it out. He respected my home even when I wasn't there and even set a video to let me know he had locked up and secured my home when leaving. I really liked working with Angel and my new floors and carpet have transformed my space.

Angel is very personable and was very patient in helping select the right flooring. He brought all the samples when he came to give his free estimate. His crew was very efficient. They installed carpet on one floor and vinyl tile on another floor as well as vinyl on a flight of steps. Everything came out great. There were areas where the floor was not level but I was told that was from the subfloor and was reassured with the one year warranty that it will not separate. Overall I'm pleased and would recommend Philadelphia Modern Flooring.
