        Rude !! Family doctor recommended me to Dr.Mermelstein with high regards, called and left a message, a day later I got a call from some rude woman telling me they weren't excepting new patients. Funny how they turn away new business sounds like a fly by night office !! Don't even waste your time.....

        I was recommended by the emergency room to call this place, to my surprise whomever answered the phone very rudely answered, "We are not taking new patients at this moment" and hung up.
