The Home Hero remodeled my shower and vanity. It was a 2-week + 2-day job that stretched a little long, as they ran into some issues with my plumbing and such. I felt bad about it, but THEY were apologetic to me. The work is superb and we now feel like we're millionaires every time we step into our new shower. The best thing about the process was definitely the customer service. The guys were there on time, every day, and were very accommodating. They answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. The owner himself took the time to get back to me, promptly, with every single question or issue I brought up. I've had contractors quote this job, and tell me they could save me some money if I picked up all the materials and dumped all the trash myself after demolition. Yeah, I'll do all that with my Honda Civic. Home Hero didn't mess around, and even with fees and everything else, they still came in under the other guys. A+ job, and I intend to use them again. We had recessed lighting installed in the first floor of our row home. The entire process with the Home Hero was professional and low stress. Josh was the one who was assigned to our job, and we are so happy with the quality. He arrived on time everyday and did great work. I was so worried about the project because we have a 16 month old to wrangle, but it went so smoothly. Josh also got the work done in less time than the estimate and under budget. What more could you ask for? Next time we have a project to do around the house, we will absolutely be calling them again.
