Front desk, when I first walked in was very rude. I spoke with someone name Teri attitude was unacceptable. I feel like my religion and race played a card because Im black and Muslim you dont greet me the same as the other people ( who are white) which played favoritism to me. I did email hr a complaint. Hotel is beautiful but customer service is a zero. Front desk definitely have to do better with delivery with its come to providing service people pay for with there hard earned money.

Horrible experience. This was the worst stay ever. I got attitude from the lady at the front desk. I was told I was wrong about a pool being on web site, when indeed it is! They no longer have a pool! We had to switch rooms multiple times because we had so many issues. Had to leave at 10:30 pm to find another hotel because the room we finally ended in had no warm water! It was exhausting and disappointing. The only nice person in the entire building was the security guard!
