        The staff here were amazingly friendly and helped make my stay in Philly AMAZING. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they helped me navigate the city as a first-timer in the USA. Sure, there's no food available - but there is an AMAZING diner quite literally across the road, a gas station next door, and a bar two blocks away. The room isn't a premium room but the bed was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel, and the local area felt safe and friendly. The room had A/C (which I didn't need in April) and huge amounts of natural light. There are lots of bus routes nearby so it's easy to get to the centre city area and as such it's easy to get anywhere within an hour or so on a bus. There are lots of really nice walks near the hotel too. On more than one occasion I went for a walk instead of getting the bus. If you're looking for a premium, high-class hotel, this isn't for you. But if you want comfort at a fair price, with staff who will look after you - I can't recommend this hotel enough. A huge thank you to the wonderful team for helping me feel safe as a first-time solo traveller to the USA. Rooms: The rooms are vibrant, full of natural light, and the bed is the most comfortable I've had in a hotel anywhere in the world. Safety: I felt incredibly safe here. Walkability: There are lots of buses available within a five minute walk, taking you to most places in Philly. There are some lovely walks near the hotel too. Food & drinks: No food & drink available on site, but there is a fantastic cafe quite literally across the road.

        Excellent service and spacious room. A lot of facilities here. Mr Key at the front desk went above and beyond. He welcomed us with open arm and gave us free snacks and soda. Cant thank him enough. Rooms: Spacious
