        I have booked a room TWICE!!! within a week, apart from the front desk employee being very rude he insulted me and used VERY inappropriate language, they also REFUSED to refund me both times. I thought there was a problem with the websites I was using but I was wrong. I DO NOT recommend ANYBODY stay at this hotel!!!

        Horrible customer service the man at the desk(older gentleman with glasses) began yelling at my Mother because the room was not in her name(I booked it for her, Ive done this multiple times with choice privileges). I called and he proceeded to hang up on me and not pick up future calls. Now my mother is stranded. DO NOT trust this hotel.

        I was charged duplicate times for a one night stay and when I contacted the property they were very rude and disrespectful and refuse ti return my funds. Also there was a used condom in the bathroom trash can and also the toilet was stopped up. There was drug needles in the bathroom on the shelf. Crack viles behind the night stands and bed Rooms: I rate the room a one
