I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care and attention provided by Greg and Roshid during my recent stay at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and ensured that my every need was taken care of.
Greg and Roshid went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. They were always there to greet me with a smile, offer recommendations for things to do in the area, and even went out of their way to accommodate a special request I had.
Their kindness and professionalism truly made my stay at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia one to remember. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service and hospitality. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Greg and Roshid, for taking such great care of me during my time in Philadelphia.

This is a beautiful, yet underwhelming boutique hotel. We had been anxiously awaiting a girls trip and picked the Monaco because we had heard such amazing things. The lobby is stunning and most everything else fell flat from there. The rooms are matchbox sized, and the elevators are worse. Besides being tiny, only one was functioning while we were there.
I can't imagine we'll go back because there are so many other quality options to select from. A true once and done.
