We checked into a family suite and it was filthy. The front desk and housekeeping was inaccessible. The kids room had a chalkboard that wasnt even wiped from previous guests. The cups were unclean. Even the disposable coffee lids were very visibly already used. The kids beds didnt even have blankets. There were toenail clippings on the ottoman, a used contact lens, and other little bits of trash around the room. On top of it not being cleaned from previous guest it also had large buildups of dust on window sills and along perimeter of the carpet. We had been trying to rectify the situation the first night to no success, with a large part due to the front desk and housekeeping not being reachable via phone and front desk having long lines. We ended up having to camp out in the filth, because young kids were melting down from long day and being past bedtime. We left next morning and the hotel is still charging us for two nights for a disgusting room that did not even have the beds made, there werent even blankets in the rooms at all for the kids. Rooms: Disgustingly unclean

BEWARE! Paper thin walls!!! Put me in an adjoining hotel room next door to a crying baby. Premium prices for paper thin walls for 3 days straight. Wow, who would miss home for that? If it wasnt for a few amenities its no better than a short stay motel. Rooms: Thin walls, cheap beddings, and not enough amenities to makeup for it. I stayed at a CitizenM thats not 1/3rd the size but higher quality.

Was in Philadelphia for WrestleMania. We got there and we're hungry and went to the dining area to eat while we waited for checkin. Dining area was closed for seating and were told to eat at the bar. We sit at the bar with a limited menu and we're told it would be over an hour because they had a large party come in. We went out came back for checkin and called room service once again told it would be over an hour. My son and I went to the event andy wife ordered Uber eats who forgot the utensils...not the hotels fault. But when she called the front desk and asked for a fork and they told her they would send it up. She waited a half hour called again and now they tell her they are to busy and she would have to come down to get it. Terrible service...never again.

This used to be one of the best hotels in Philadelphia. Some renovations to bathrooms to refresh since then and becoming Logan. But the entire 5th floor smells like dogs have been here. I love dogs but having various in hotels can leave a smell of the carpet is not replaced I think. Sinks are way too low for todays standards so those were not renovated fully. Walls are thin as well. Lots of families stay here so maybe not beat for business travelers. Location is terrific.

A hotel's first job is to make you feel welcome. Neither we're we felt welcome when checking in, the front office manager came out and just started yelling when we asked why our room was not ready when I had called the night before to confirm. Also, I was called out by another staff member publicly whilst waiting in the lobby for no apparent reason. I can't even comment on the rooms however I can say there is absolutely zero customer service skills and standards at this hotel and I would highly recommend you to stay away! To higher management at this hotel, please train your staff on proper on speaking with paying hotel patrons with proper manners and not talk over them while they try to raise their concerns. To anyone thinking of staying at this hotel, lease do yourself a favour and choose another hotel to stay in. This experience ruined our start to the city and Philadelphia and we cannot get that 1-2 hours of our precious travel time back. An absolute disaster and total garbage - if I could give zero stars I would've!
