It's taken me a few days to sort through my thoughts because I have NEVER had an experience like this at a hotel before. Long one: My brother, his two friends and I stayed here this past weekend. We came back super late from an event, only to find our cards didn't work to get into our room. My brother and I go downstairs and have the receptionist fix our two cards. We go back upstairs and the cards STILL don't work, we go back downstairs and bring all 4 cards with us, we explain NO ONE'S card is working. The receptionist then calls for security to escort us up to try his card...because of COURSE, security has to have access to all of the rooms, so his card HAS to work... It doesn't....so he calls the front the desk and the receptionist tells him: "I've tried to call my manager but she's sleeping and maintenance isn't here until tomorrow, I'm going to give them more cards and if this doesn't work, we'll need to get them a new room. The battery for the door must have died." .....excuse me? You don't have maintenance in a HOTEL 24/7? Okay... Guess what? The NEW cards she gave us refused to work...I said to the security guy, but OUR STUFF IS IN THERE. He shrugs. I am trying my hardest not to lose it: we have medication, clothes, EVERYTHING WE NEED IS IN THE ROOM. We're tired, cold, and now annoyed. My brother's friend who NEEDED HIS MEDICATION goes to the front desk to ask WTH is going on. She shrugs and says, "Maintenance will be here in the morning." Are you joking!? We get to the new room, there are no extra blankets, pillows, etc. I ask my brother to head to the front desk to see if they'll give us ANYTHING especially after the night we had. In the photo below....that's all they gave me so I can sleep on their futon. What in the...!?! My poor brother had to SLEEP ON COUCH CUSHIONS WITHOUT A BLANKET. One of the worst sleeps of my life... They finally get the door open....In. The. MORNING. I have traveled all over the country and I have NEVER heard of a hotel without maintenance being present, even late into the evening. No one seemed to care, no one apologized, I was absolutely INFURIATED. I have never been so excited to leave a hotel before. I've stayed at Sheratons in the past as well, it's always been a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this place after the way no one seemed to care or want to help us.

Not what I expected from a place called "Suites". Never had I ever stayed anywhere that did not have a trash can for trash until this stay, asked for one and still nothing. Where do you put all your trash for 2 days? Location was close to the sports complexes. Bed was very lumpy & uncomfortable and felt like a 10+ year old mattress. Hand wash bottle was almost empty even after servicing the room. Kitchenette sink didn't work but dripped loudly all day and night. And charged me more for the stay with deposit than initially quoted. Not what I expected for the money I spent for 2 nights stay. Rooms: It was a Suite so had a sofa bed and a king size bed, 2 tvs, refrigerator, and microwave. Kitchenette sink didn't work though. Sleeps 4 but only had two sets of towels.
