        The absolute worse agent I have ever had. We had a car that we asked on the phone and in writing to remove. We still havent gotten our refund. He never removed it 6 months later after we already paid! We found our that the policy we asked for also wasnt correct and found that our after we were having an issue and needed it. Do yourself a favor if you go with Allstate to not use him at all. So much back and forth and not one piece of accountability
