Very happy with an agent who is willing to spend more times to explain everything than I anticipated. I was here visiting and came with my mom who lives in Philly. We were surprised at how much times Ms. Peggy spent with us. Throughout our visit, she had many phone calls but she politely told them that she will call them back. We ended up feeling like we are taking too much of her times based on the amount of customer calls she received while meeting with us. She, however, did not make us feel rush at all, and went through the policy point by point!! Thank you for caring!

Please go elsewhere for better service and better rates. If you need Chinese interpretation, I am sure Progressive can provide such service when you need it. Peggy Lee and her husband are extremely unprofessional; they are not a positive representation of Progressive. Progressive has always been very professional and helpful even when I needed to cancel my policy. However, Peggy Lee was extremely rude when I notified her that I moved to another state and needed to cancel my existing insurance policy in PA. I felt I was not being treated properly as a client. Moreover, this is an office operated out of their living room. I will let you decide how professional that is.... To Progressive: please evaluate how your third-party providers are impacting your image. Please go elsewhere for better service and better prices. If you need Chinese interpretation, I believe Progressive can provide such a service when you need it. Peggy Lee and her husband are very unprofessional. However, when I informed Peggy Lee that I was moving to another state and needed to cancel my existing insurance policy in Pennsylvania, she was very unprofessional. Feel like I was not treated properly as a customer.
