Appointment for fingerprint was scheduled at 10:50 am. Didnt get to see an agent until an hour later. They were taking multiple walk in and pushing the scheduled appointments behind. Very disappointed

I was just on hold for 25 minutes without anyone picking up . Trying to book travel. How does no one pick up a phone ? It is 9:45 am . Terrible service
