Worse company ever. No communication. No phone calls, no email. Changes made randomly to forms and was told process was company should followed up with phone call. Every time I try to withdraw money, its a problem Terrible. Terrible!!!!

Trying to get short term disability has been an absolute nightmare. First they asked for the same documents Id already sent in, over a month after the claim was submitted, then they closed my claim saying I needed to submit an additional form from my doctor that they had never sent to me or told me was required before. They use the most vague terms possible when asking for more documentation. Trying to get through to someone on the phone is a process in and of itself, and once you do get someone, there is a language barrier. Terrible company.
