So far not satisfactory.
The internet is completely down because the cable was cut during reconstruction which is going on in the building (not the company's fault). I reported that on Wednesday afternoon, but still no internet by Thursday evening. But I don't understand why it is taking that much time just to re-run the cable. The bad thing is that there is no exact timeframe when it is going to be fixed and no alternative provided. Now I am sitting in my office late night to work online and cannot get home. Very frustrated.

Their wifi stopped working on my laptop and I filed a report last Friday. They said the problem was on their end and have given me no timetable as to when its gonna be fixed. The same problem is now happening with my roomates laptop. Its been five days and Ive had to leave my apartment whenever I need to use my computer. Absolutely disgraceful.

Campus technologies provides my apartment with WiFi and recently Ive been having issues with connecting now that more students are working online due to COVID. Chris has provided me with excellent customer service, constantly following up with me and exploring different solutions to solve my inability to connect due to a range issue. If you ever have to call campus technologies, make sure to ask for Chris!

The worst internet connection I have ever seen. The downloading and streaming speed is unbelievable low which makes me angry.

Internet service is unreliable, much like their customer service. Days without response or any attempt to fix my issue is wasting my money and will probably end up wasting yours.
