First time patient, My appointment was at 11:45 and I arrived at around 11:10AM......walked I. And was created by the Dr. with a smile(welcoming) I walked up to the desk ,gave my name and was given a paper to fill out,about 10 minutes after I filled out the paper work I was taken to the back and cared for in a delicate manner by the nurse....... She answered all my questions as she worked through what she was doing and assisted me to the room to be seen by the Dr....... The DR. came in sat and talked with me in detail about my medical history and shared some medical changes wit me in detail. Atmosphere quite and not a lot of people moving fast to get you out:enjoyed the first visit

I waited almost an hour to be seen. The patient files are stacked up all over the office. Then once in the office she asked questions that seemed very irrelevant. Like why I came to this office. she asked this multiple times. the first time I can understand but to continue asking the same question became a bit offensive. she spent time talking to my kids and was very nice but I did not have time for this time waster after waiting an hour to be seen. Then when I told her about my medical issues she did not have solutions for either issue. she was also unfamiliar with the research information i told her about for solving one medical issue. I am still having problem this the other medical issue I had hoped she could help me with. If you are a senior citizen or have a lot of time on your hands to talk to a doctor she is great. but if you are a person who needs a doctor with current medical knowledge and wants to be seen in a timely manner, do not got to this office.

This doctor is the worst! She is nasty and unprofessional and doesn't have the courtesy to treat her clients with decorum... The wait time is long and she is unfortunately one of the only Dr.'s that accept Medicare. Which is extremely inconvenient as she is a mean old witch. Good luck if you need to go to her... better off driving out of your way to get a better experience.
