Custom Fine Jewellery

Window shopping at several shops, a nice woman invited me into the Custom Fine Jewelry store. While I was in the market to purchase something new, I simply had no idea what I wanted because I havent worn jewelry in many yrs. Insert Betty Wiezer here, she was just a pleasure to work with. She listened with intent. She was honest & knowledgeable about the jewelry. But most importantly, she wasnt aggressive or pushy. She was very patient with me and made sure I was very satisfied, making the entire experience a joy. So much so, I purchased items for myself and for my wife. Needless to say, I will be back to have them design some custom pieces for my wife and I. I would highly recommend CFJ to friends and family for any fine jewelry needs.

Betty is the best! She is so passionate about her work and her energy is so reassuring! We walked in unsure about what we were looking for. She was so patient and went above and beyond with incredibly thorough explanations! She kept us entirely in the loop throughout ring alterations, with pictures, videos, even phone calls. Betty made true of all of her promises and we are so thankful and happy. The ring absolutely exceeded our expectations! We are exciting to continue to do work with her and would recommend her to our closest family!

Great customer service and a fair price. I got my wife a necklace and the chain was too long. They had no problem replacing it. Then it was too short (my fault). They replaced it again.

I brought my fiancee engagement and wedding ring from here. I was able to get both as a set for a very reasonable price. I was able to put down $1500 and then I paid the rest of it in a few months. The customer service was A+ and I will definitely be going back for my ring next year.

This is the place my husband took me to have a vintage diamond reset into a most lovely modern setting those looks like a crown. Their service is exquisite.
