Mr.Don and his crew are amazing! Im so very thankful for them for so many reasons Ill list a few below. PROS : 1. I messaged Mr.Don on a weekend and he responded less than 24 hours with a plan. The response was immediate if Im being honest and very professional. Not once did I question if this was going to be a bad experience. He updated me with every step and communicated so well with me. I really appreciated that. 2. I want to stress that he is VERY professional.His communication is the best . He even wrote up an estimate for me on the spot and got it to my email the same day. A lot of places I contacted before him would not provide a write up as fast as Mr.Don. 3. Mr.Don is very flexible. He was able to do the job in one day. He came back after the play set was delivered and installed the wood chips. Mr.Don was able to help me strategically plan what was best for the job ( materials etc ). Thanks Mr.Don theres so much I can say . There is nothing negative about him or his business. Everything was GREAT . Im highly satisfied. When you think of most trades (HVAC, plumbing, property maintenance, tree maintenance, etc) - you don't always think of high-end professionalism at a fair price.... But that's because you haven't dealt with MasterDon's and their team yet. Dealing with trees on your property is no small task and (for me) felt a bit overwhelming. Some trees were just an eyesore, some trees were threatening to come down on our roof, with branches from neighboring yards. These guys were everything you hope a tradesman would be - they were on time, super professional, and obviously extremely competent and qualified during EVERY step of the process - from quoting out the project, to arrival on the day of, setup, the actual job execution, and clean up. Call these guys and thank me later.
