Very prompt and professional. Responded within a few hours and had a technician on site in less than 24 hours, on a weekend with no surcharge. Rates were reasonable. Technician really cared about doing a solid job. I even had duplicates made for five bucks a pop and trust me, the tech took his time to give me good replicas. I'd hire these guys again.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They came within 3 hours of a request to change my locks. We're professional and expert! Then I promptly locked myself out and they came back within 30 minutes. Such kind and responsive people! I highly recommend!

The Locksmith came out to fix a broken interior lock. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Replace the door knob mechanism and gave me advice on maintaining other door knobs. Great experience all around: took less than an hour from time of calling the dispatcher to having a fixed door.

We were there less than 30 min. They replaced the battery in the key we had and were able to provide us a spare! I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!
