Claim to be affordable, and claim to be transparent and confirm price BEFORE booking, but when you get in contact with them theyre anything but either of these. Operator tells you we start at 29.99 and go up depending on lock and the locksmith tells you 100-150.00+ depending on lock, these numbers are BOTH very different and neither is a concrete price to pay. Would give 0 stars for the attitude I received if I could.

Initial call was easy and thought Id have a quick fix. After waiting an hour with zero updates I called back in for them to say the original locksmith canceled and they couldnt find another one. They then negated the whole order and sent me to another locksmith. Complete lack of communication that cost me additional time.

The only key copy kiosk that works. I went to Minute Key first and was disappointed to find they couldnt copy a simple house key for me. Never the case with Key Me. Thanks!
