Donavan and Jordan are superb! I had to make a decision between Best Buy and P.C. Richards and I must say they went above and beyond providing all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They are extremely knowledgeable with the TVs, they provide unbiased advise and I was never pressured into making a decision. In this day and age when customer service is seriously lacking, it was a breath of fresh air and good business manners, to be assisted by not one, but two professionals. I hope their superiors recognize they have an amazing duo with Donavan and Jordan. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had bought a Samson refrigerator back in 2022 and it did nothing but give me problems first it was the icemaker then the whole refrigerator went in over the two years I actually was just having repairs done, and then it would go again I really wasnt getting help until I went into the store and talked to Tony at PC Richards the salesman he went above and beyond his duty to help me out he was very professional he kept me updated on everything that was going on and finally, Tony got us a brand new refrigerator, which was well-deserved after all we went through he was not the original salesman, but he definitely made us so happy that we will come back and purchase more items as long as Tony is our salesman and he did all that for us, and there was no profit in it for him. Id like to thank Tony again for all his hard work and his professionalism. The company needs to hire more people like Tony
