The owner, Amy of the establishment is very nasty. Too many encounters with her talking to myself and customer as if theyre less than. Going to these salons for years we understand they can have a disposition at this. However, Amys attitude is beyond nasty. I asked for a service and she wanted to do something else because she didnt have time. I was understanding and I offered to come back when she was available for the service I wanted to pay for. She had a horrible attitude and response. The salon practices are unhygienic this was my 4th refill and I wanted a new set.
She wanted to constantly refill and because I refused and was will to wait for when she had the time she was upset and yelling insults.
Not the kind of environment you want to come too to be serviced.
Go to Juliettes on Cottman ! The took great care of me this morning after this terrible encounter.
