These are the worst people and should not be working with children. The visitation room monitor Alia Richardson gets high off percs, she gets them from Manhiem Av just off of Wayne. She's constantly on her phone. Watch out if she likes the father she will flirt with them and write them a positive report. A CUA worker brought a little boy to see his mom, he had on a saggy diaper filled with wet and dry feces.Snoot running down his nose, old faded clothes dirty untied sneakers. The worker had an attitude when the mother wanted to wash the feces off in the sink. The baby was about 2 years old,a helpless innocent child. You going to tell me between the CUA worker and the foster parent they couldn't do the basics for the child. A lot of the workers look like they 1 year out of a drug rehab program

At first everyone was kind and helpful with answering questions and providing with required help. Unfortunately they're work eas extremely sloppy. My husband received his certification after his in person classes. I had to attend the classes via Zoom and I didn't receive my certification due to the staffs sloppiness and irresponsibility. I won't get into details with names out of respect but the individual forgot to include me in the class attendance, did not know who I was and even after a 1 on 1 session where me and my husband attended via Zoom yet again, she reviewed all of our documents and said we qualified for a grant. Weeks went by and she never reached out to out realtor and misplaced all of our documents and she literally rushed through all of our documents in a matter of a few hours and denied our grant saying we didn't qualify. All because she had to leave and the office was going to be closed for a couple of days. She rushed and im mlre than sure she made a mistake with lur case all because of her sloppiness and irresponsibility and lack of communication and sensitivity on our work. On the online classes she would mention with another member about making the classes quick since she had a party to go to. Incredibly out of line. Even my realtor was displeased and had to reach out to the company to make a complaint. They claimed to be bilingual but had significant trouble speaking in Spanish and disliked having to do so. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish but she assumed that we only spoke Spanish because of our nationality and when she proceeded to speak in Spanish, it was broken and lazy translated. There are many other companies which will handle your case with much more respect and courtesy. I proceeded to do so. Regret wasting my time with this company who believe they're entitled to be rude and irresponsible.

I am a parent and my child is enrolled at Dunbar Elementary. A organization joined Dunbar for case management called APM, where I first sighted them at a report conference. Well just to say the Least this place is an absolute JOKE they are supposed to be there to help and support the families/ community. The supervisor is so mean, unprofessional she always talking like she speaking to her friends she is so RATCHET this is supposed to be a support place.Mrs. Rivers the supervisor is not only a POOR representation of this organization she is the worse supervisor or person I could have possibly ever encountered. She does not do a good job at all. I will not be using this organization ever again and I will make sure I inform other parents not to do so as well. The other staff members are great but I know they don't get their professionalism from their supervisor. She made me feel belittled, less than, and as if I was asking her directly for support or services when it's not coming out of her paycheck or hurting her. She referred to me and my kid as somewhat broke and broken. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. ITS ENOUGH NEGATIVITY GOING ON ESPECIALLY IN THIS CITY FOR PPL LIKE THIS SUPERVISOR Mrs.Rivers to put me down I'm doing the best I can. EVERYONE NEEDS SUPPORT SOMETIME IN LIFE SHE ACTS LIKE SHE DOESN'T OR NEVER DID
