        This office is horrible. They try to bill you for cancellations that were caused by the office staff. The biller/insurance lady is rude and inefficient. I complained to the doctor about this and she did nothing. Do not go to this office.

        An amazing oral surgeon and the nicest person. Very skilled and meticulous. No one loves oral surgery, but Dr. Chi made this a breeze.

        All that I can say is Wow. Dr.Chi's office personnel are professional. The atmosphere is quiet and calming as most of my experiences in dental care have been the opposite. Examining/OR rooms are spacious, clean and modern with a large white board that projects images (xrays)needed to explain your case. Dr. Chi is thorough, approachable and engaged. She called me before my surgery for needed clarifications. Precautions were taken related to my health records. I was referred to Dr. Chi by my regular dentist as I have a history of difficult extractions. I experienced minimal bleeding and no pain and thorough post op instructions. Thank you Dr. Chi for an awesome experience.
