Following a winter storm, my kitchen sink in Philadelphia was having drainage issues. Troy came over and quickly identified the problem. He was very knowledgeable and insightful. The issue turned out to be larger than expected, and when I informed Troy that I would be getting a few more quotes, he was understanding and did not pressure me to choose their services immediately. I am yet to determine whether I will use their services for the repair, but I will update on the final outcome. Regardless, I will definitely request for Troy for any future plumbing needs I may have.

I dialed Brendan & Sons Plumbers LLC early in the morning, seeking a quick fix for my toilet, though it wasn't an urgent issue. To my surprise, the call was answered on the second ring by a friendly young lady. She took down my details and promised to get back to me in 15 minutes after checking their schedule. True to her word, she promptly returned my call! I scheduled the service and was informed that Troy would arrive at my Philadelphia residence within a 2-hour window, from 10 to 12. He contacted me at 10:08, informing me of his arrival. Troy efficiently fixed the problem and did an excellent job!
