Cant believe Im the first review. So many people dont think about leaving a review when theyve had a positive experience- but quick to when it is negative. No reviews just has me assume everyone has had a great experience like me with this company. But I feel the need to leave this review specifically for Esmeralda. She has been absolutely AMAZING through my apartment hunting and move in process. It does not matter what time of day I contact her, she is always quick to respond back at any and each time. She was extremely attentive, detailed, informative and responsive. I applied for 2 places through brewerytown management. She was super helpful with both applications. She answered all of my questions and helped me through it all when I needed it. She paid attention to detail and took the time to actually review my application. Ive applied a handful of places and more than half of them do not take the time to learn about the applicant. They are quick to approve and deny. Even at places where I made 3x the rent AFTER taxes. I was approved for 4 places, one was through brewerytown management, and I made the choice to sign the lease on my new place through them. The unit is absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean, and the price is great with everything it includes. She has answered so many questions for me and never left a detail out. She was kind, considerate and caring in the process. She told me everything I needed to know plus more. And she was ALWAYS super quick to respond to my emails. She made my moving process easy, and enjoyable. I actually feel blessed to have been accepted to live in such a beautiful home, and the process to move in was easy thanks to Esmeralda. She paid attention to every detail and walked me through each step. She is super kind and helpful and I could not have asked for a better home and/or move in process. Thank you Esmeralda for helping me through each step and for helping me find a beautiful home I get to call mine! For always listening and being super informative, responsive, attentive, and kind.
Oh and I shared a photo of my new home on Facebook (a photo from the original listing) and turns out I know one of my neighbors in the building, who says she has absolutely LOVED living here for 3 years. Shes also had a great experience like mine. So thank you to Brewerytown management for guiding me through this process and for the opportunity to call this unit my own!
