I have lived in one of their properties for almost 2 years now. I could go on forever about how great New Horizons is. Properties are well taken care of, neighbors are respectful, no theft, and large apartments for the money. Management will also take care of any problems ASAP. Including helping people who are struggling with rent now and again. I challenge anyone to find a better bang for their buck with all that's offered here in West Philly.

The most beautiful thing about this company is the people who work there. Very helpful and supportive team. Whatever you need to fix in your unit, it will be done. They're always on top of things.

Based on my experience of living there for 2 years, I can confidently say that New Horizon is the best leasing office I have dealt with around the world. Even when I lived overseas, I never experienced property management as well as New Horizons. The staff, including Scott, Brittney, and Saleem, were exceptional. The maintenance team is also the best, as they resolved any issues I had on the same day I reported them. I'm only leaving New Horizon because of a work location change, otherwise, I would never leave these people. They make your life easy, and you dont have to think about anything regardingo the apartment. If I ever decide to come back to Philly in the future, I will definitely work with them again. New Horizons is the definition of excellent property management.
