Jim has extensive familiarity with the Bucks County housing market and introduced us to areas we werent previously searching. We fell in love with Doylestown and a few days later had a home under contract a short walk to town, right next to Doyle Elementary. Jim was totally accessible throughout the process. He worked with our mortgage lender to ensure we were able to close and lock our rates before a spike in rates went into effect the following day (the mortgage rates lag the market by a day). Jim negotiated the price and we ended up under ask. We couldnt be happier.

I worked with Carla Brandoff and I cannot say enough things to convey how amazing she was throughout this entire process. I relocated from out of state and was unavailable to do any in-person tours, so she would go in my place.
