This was my second time working with Paul Fiorello. He has a great knowledge of everything surrounding real estate in Philly! A few years ago as a first time home buyer he and the Compass team really simplified the process for me. This time, buying as an investment, he gave me additional insights into what made sense from that perspective including what property features create value, estimates of rents, and costs of certain renovations and repairs.
