Repairs issues are not resolved timely, their reporting system for repairs is awful, and lacks any meaningful/timely updates for the repair. I was instructed to call the vendor directly to schedule appointments after waiting on JG to coordinate. When the vendor arrived, nothing was repaired or replaced because they needed approval that was not previously given. Apparently that approval is still pending. JG is failing to demonstrate any ownership/initiative to prioritize an expedient resolution. I have made multiple inquiries for repeated updates on requested repairs. Today begins week 5 without a functioning dishwasher: five weeks is inexcusable, but it is the unfortunate reality when dealing with JG. I wish I had this foresight before renewing the lease. I preceded my review with another request for prompt resolution.

This company was horrible took over two weeks to tell me I didnt get approved & wouldnt even refund me due to overtime. Never again!

Couldve had an easily smooth experience in my unit if only the company had reliable maintenance and landlords that knew having us stay in uninhabitable conditions should not be our problem but the landlords problem by law. UPDATE AND WARNING! (3/25/24) DO NOT live at 1526 Ridge Ave once it becomes available. The landlord and real estate company are well aware of the pest issue associated with this apartment and for that reason they purposely make pest control the tenants responsibility in the contract. So unless you can negotiate that to be the landlords responsibility do not consider living here. Ive spent hundreds out of my own pocket to deal with the countless bug issues I have on a daily basis (ants, cockroaches, centipedes, etc.). Not to mention Ive had a mouse issue these past couple months and it has yet to be solved and they do not care about anything except saving their own money.

JG has been a wonderful partner, taking great care of my rental property for nearly 10 years. When I lived across the country, I knew I was in good hands with Patrick, Ariel, Gwen, and Jared. As with any property, there were some bumps in the road, but I was happy with how we handled them together.

I am in shock with how the company has been treating some of my classmates who are living in their property. I went to see my friends unit after hearing about his issue of a flood thats been going on for over 3 months now and was surprised how severe it was and how little attention it was getting. You can hear and feel air bubbles and water under the tiles with red mold all over it. luckily he was able to relocation to a different place that is much safer for living conditions. I couldnt imagine dealing with school on top of this stress the company is giving. Thankfully I dont have to deal with this with the company Im signed with.
