Failed to complete the work he was hired and paid for. When I worked with a new attorney to fix the issue, they reached out for some details multiple times and never heard back. Unprofessional.

This law firm is maybe small , but I had the best experience with any lawyer I felt with so far . They try to truly help with almost any situation, specially real Eastate issues . They always answer the phone (not like other that you need to throw a maze of securitys until you get to talk to a lawyer ) also they dont say

I used Rick services for a real estate matter. It was difficult since the city of Philadelphia was involved and required several hearings and a lot of filings, Documents, Experts etc... After going back and forth for 4 years . The end result was Great . I'll definitely recommend this firm for any real estate related matters.
