        Darian was absolutely amazing in helping me locate the last available pair of white R&R sweatpants in my size to have shipped to Virginia. She was so kind, patient and professional!! Customer service like this is hard to find these days! I hope the Philly store knows theyre lucky to have her!

        I came in on Christmas Eve looking for a pair of red Allberg shoes. The sales assistant, who helped me, Deja, was so helpful and so friendly that she made the experience a wonderful one And she helped me find the red shoes I wanted.

        This store is great if you'd like to check out all of Allbird's current models and try them on in person vs. dealing with the hassle of shipping back and forth. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and can order anything you need if they happen to be out of stock, and accept returns if yiu ordered something for delivery but want to swap it for something without waiting.
