Phorest Salon Software US Office

I was not happy at all they were so nice about getting us to sign up two months they said we would be up and running and then after 6 months it took to get the services almost ready but when we were ready to go live we decided against it because rot was everywhere and very disorganized so disappointed and was going to o take a chance with my business with them as a company . We asked to cancel because we never went live . They acted like they understood why we werent happy and said it was fine if we canceled they now continue to charge my account without letting me know . They said it was part of the contract but they never kept their end of the service . I am beyond frustrated and I cant believe people would want to make money this way .

We love the software and how it keeps growing to our needs. I especially like that they listen to our ideas of what features we would like to see.I would give 5 stars but we have had a difficult time getting support to answer our questions in a timely manner.

Phorest is a complete CRM, booking and marketing platform that fills all the needs for my business. They are continuously innovating and working for their customers. The customer service is great.

very user friendly, easy to understand. It can be hard to get immediate responses with support, and wish their were more things we could do with access permissions, reporting, and be able to create something that is not classified as retail or service. Overall satisfied.

Phorest has been a game changer for our Salon. They are a user friendly software with excellent customer service. Every representative that I talk to is patient, kind and helpful. I love Phorest because it has equipped us with an easier way to communicate with our guests, utilize reports to help with our numbers and stylist numbers and the best part is they are willing to hear suggestions and change and update their software to the needs of their customers. Excellent, excellent software. Highly recommend!
