Can't say much about this item due to the fact that I haven't gotten it, probably a good idea not to ask for reviews unitil the customers receive the item

Ordered three things. So far only two items have shown up. One showed up in two days. The other item took two weeks to arrive. The fact that the third item hasn't even arrived yet and when I check all tracking info it says that all packages have arrived. First all three things should have been sent out together. And if not, for something to take two weeks to go from PA to NY is ridiculous. Could drive there and back in a day. And the third item never arrived. Have tried three times to email this family business customer service, and have gotten no response and it's been 4 days. So now just going to leave my review. The two items that did arrive were a hard hat with fans built in to help me stay cool outside during work. And have to be honest for 94$ it doesn't really do much to help me stay cool. And cant even wear my sunglasses comfortably with this hard hat. The other item is a neck cooler that can universally attach to any hard hat, and this does work a little bit. Better then the hard hat with two tiny fans. Overall I m not pleased and hope to hear from these people to fix the situation
