        Me and my wife had the worst experience there. Customer service was completely non-existent. When we asked questions about how our tax return was being prepared, we were told, " I don't have time to teach a tax course." We felt judged, unwelcomed, and talked down to. When we tried to understand why they were using the standard deduction instead of the itemized deduction, we were told that we could leave and file our taxes on our own. I wouldn't recommend their services.
