This store is way overpriced with allot of damaged goods at (or above normal new retail). I picked up a jug today that was full of mouse poop and a dead mouse. I told a worker and she told me to run it to the front of the store. I said no and put it back( I didn't feel it was my job to do so). I saw a manager come and retrieve the item a few minutes later. It was a wide jug and was clearly visible as soon as you picked up. For a store charging as much for used items you would think they look at them for this type of obvious thing. I saw Dollar Tree items for $4.99, $4, and $3.49. One item still had the $3.99 Tj Maxx tag and they wanted $5.99. Should not be labeled as a thrift store and strictly a second hand store since it is a for profit and benefits no charity. I will not be returning afterr my experience today with the dead mouse, moldy and extra dirty broken overpriced items. There is a Marshalls/HomeGoods in the same plaza- go there for new items priced the same as this store.

Ive become so disappointed in this thrift store. It used to be my favorite. There are no more colored tags with either 33% or 50% off. Now they announce a 50% off color and that colored tag is NOWHERE to be found in the store. They either purposely dont tag items with that color or they remove them all from the floor beforehand. SMH

They usually have a decent selection, but the prices have gotten outrageous. Last time I was there they had ratty looking sneakers priced at $25-$30 (I assume because they were Adidas). There were also multiple stained/faded dresses priced at $20-$30 because they were brand names. I even found a jumpsuit that was $45. Absolutely disgusting for a thrift store to be charging this much. Save your time and go somewhere like TJ Maxx or Target.

I drive an hour or move to thus store because is big and I like the stuff they a given to sell, but the black Spanish guy, rude and a nut, and crazy. I'm a beautiful multi talented country chic with my Starboy who don't know how to talk and act in places, but he's a Star really, thou, arrogant he be having shows every week and every month in Philly.....but this disrespectful racist act Spanish/black really, told me basically I was talking too much to my man and if I don't hurry up and pay for my stuff he going to have somebody else pay for my stuff and take with them, like they know they want & got a $1000 for all my stuff I picked out and put on the counter at the register, and I was counting and fixing my money right and didn't want to have money stuck together or lose money and low class black fake security guard made me nervous with my money because security guards be thieves in Philadelphia and rude and crazy and he was in my face , face over top of register while I was counting my money, rush me to, like a crazy guy and sounded disrespectful and crazy if he was working for me I would have fired him there's no room for that type of behavior or talk. My Starboy gave me extra money, for no reason and then when to find a bedroom because he had to pee bad, and they act like it was something wrong or weird about that, like I wasn't there clearly with money paying. I checked the disrespectful stuff, and they started harassing the older white lady at the next register smh, and I I was outraged with the way they talk and rude they was and disrespect, harassed, and Rush older people who don't move fast, no manners & rude to paying customers. I promote and bring this store good business, and buy others stuff from here that they be loving, bad employees will put us business out of business
