Roll by Goodyear - Closed

Let me start by saying that I rarely post reviews. Karina at Roll by Goodyear went above and beyond for me. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and so helpful. I was in a challenging situation and she helped me through it so the process was seamless. Having the tire delivered and installed right in front of my apartment so I didn't have to take time off from work was a huge benefit. I would definitely recommend Roll by Goodyear. Call Karina. She is the best!

Called to report one of my tires needed a new one. The next day, they came out and installed my car with a brand tire within minutes. I was very happy and satisfied with the great service Goodyear provided. Thank you!!!

Every step of this was excellent. I spoke with Jim on the phone for some details, then a few days later with Mia who was able to schedule me for the next business morning for someone to come to my site. Kenny showed up on time and his estimate for how long it would take was spot-on. He was friendly and professional. Next on my list is new front brakes and although I already got some quotes, I'm now calling Goodyear as well to get their quote. Very pleased overall.

I opted to try out roll by Goodyear after hearing about their services on the radio. I get nervous when going to car service places so I loved that I could go online, see reviews of tires for my car and order one without talking to someone and get flustered on what choice to make. I do recommend though calling the location if you need help! Day of my appointment I was confused on the service and when I called the store to see how to drop off my car I was informed that they could have picked it up from my house. Karen was great though when I arrived on location and I was able to leave my car and make it to class on time. Karen had the service tech drop my car off earlier than expected right in front of my parking garage. She was very mindful of my class schedule and made the process easy! Hopefully I don’t need to use this service again but I will use them in the future for my tire needs.
