I'm quite happy with the mold remediation work that was done by MSR Restoration in my basement. Bill did the inspection and put together a plan to tackle the mold and its root cause, and Jon came back and did the work, and he was extremely thorough. Everything was completed in less than a week from when I made the first phone call. The mold was only in one section of the basement, in a difficult-to-reach spot behind some large pipes. After taking care of the mold, Jon was kind enough to apply the anti-microbial waterproofing paint all over the entire wall, so my basement looks way nicer than it did before! Perhaps most importantly, he also sealed up a crack on the exterior, which was the cause of moisture slowly getting in and growing the mold in the first place. I feel secure that the mold was treated correctly and thoroughly, plus I also got a 3-yr warranty. Price was very reasonable. Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related mold removal

I was referred to Bill at MSR and he and his company did a great job. He answered all of my questions and was very clear explaining everything. He and his company did a great job. They were very professional as they did a deep clean of the basement and installed a dehumidifier. I would highly recommend Bill and his company to anyone in need of his services.
