Priority Restoration

We recently had a flood in our home and were recommended to called Priority Restoration. I totally understand why they were highly recommended. Mike and his team responded to our call within 45 minutes. They were not only very informative and nice. They helped us out through the entire process of the insurance claim. They had over a foot of water cleaned up in our basement within a few hours. Very clean and dependable company

Mike and Kevin are great individuals as well as professionals and very detailed and efficient. After a devastating fire to our home which was deemed a total loss, Mike and Kevin came in and were very empathetic, as well as helpful and very knowledgeable of the steps to take to get things moving in the right direction. As a military service member i am very direct and like honesty and transparency. They were very honest, transparent and made the situation more easy to deal with for my wife, who was traumatized by this tragedy. They were very attentive, answered every call or got right back to us in a short period. They always had and answer to our questions and gave us their best suggestions based on their experience. The working crew was a humble and hard working crew and got our home cleaned and cleared of debris in a very short period. I would highly suggest anyone to use their services in this type of unfortunate events, as they know what to do and will do it with a high degree of professionalism, while still treating you as a human being and not just as a number.

Our experience with Priority Restoration was nothing short of exceptional. Following a devastating fire in our home, they guided us through the process and took care of everything, from the night of the fire and past us moving back into our home, they were there for us every step of the way. The teams communication was seamless. We were always kept informed about the progress and any adjustments to the timeline. Kevin, Mike and their team checked in multiple times in the following months to make sure that we were okay and if we needed anything else. Mike is a great person to work with. Answers all my calls which is especially important to me. He does terrific work especially in this time of need. We had a fire. He took care of us from A to Z in a very professional manner. I highly recommend using this company for all your needs n be worry free
