Great experience with Joe! You can tell he's been doing this for a long time now. Very fair and honest man, will do it right first time. Loved how my floors came out, feels amazing. Would highly recommend.

Asked him if my floors were done for, but he suggested that they could be saved and just be refinished. Love how it all looks. Great job.

If you want horrible floor refinishing done & extremely poor/disrespectful customer service choose this flooring contractor. I have NEVER had such a poor experience and I have done over 5 different renovation projects in my home. The price was right BUT that is all that was right. The work was rushed, the sanding was NOT thoroughly done, the sanding debris was NOT thoroughly cleaned up prior to applying the polyurethane, the polyurethane was bubbled up in several areas AND missing in many spots. The work was so poorly done that I will be suing Joes Hardwood Flooring Inc, in order to recover my money so I can hire a real expert, with real hardwood floor refinishing experience to correct the terrible job that was done by Joe (pictures are worth a thousand words I wish I could post the photos). I am extremely angry that my time, money & trust were wasted. Buyers BEWARE...youd be better off doing the work yourself then hiring this guy!!! Be warned, hiring him is an unnecessary risk! You will NOT be satisfied and he will come up with every excuse available instead of being a respectable business person and correcting the issues OR refunding your money for poor service/work. Just DONT!!!!!!
