        Jess was amazing!! I came in to get a few of my favorite products, and Jess gave me the most wonderful facial and consultation regarding my skin/hair. She took the time and gave me amazing recommendations for skin and hair care. She was SO knowledgeable and kind, and made my entire experience amazing.

        I would recommend the Aveda Store in Ross Park Mall to anyone looking for an outstanding 5-star plus shopping experience! Maggie and staff are friendly, efficient, courteous, and super knowledgeable. I ask lots of questions and Maggie is always patient and on point and able to guide me to the proper products for my needs. She is full of knowledge and a joy to talk to. The Aveda products are luxurious and effective and smell wonderful! A winning combination of a great store, staff and products! Thank you for making my experience perfect every time!

        Maggie here helped me tremendously! Not only was she very sweet, but she offered a 20 min facial to help me match products I like. truthfully that was the best experience with skincare Ive had in a long time and it truly helped me find stuff that I like! This skincare line is one of my favorites.
