        I would not recommend LL flooring. We got duravana luxury vinyl plank installed seven months ago. There are several areas that are lifting and chipped. After installation was complete one of the workers cut his finger and there was blood on the floor, baseboards, and closet doors that my husband and I had to clean up. The transitions were installed where you could see glue and two were crooked. There is a gash in my kitchen cabinet. I called and their supervisor came out to fix some of the issues but my kitchen cabinet never got fixed. Now seven months later I called 8 business days ago because the floors continue to have nicks and move when you walk on them. I was told that I would hear from someone in 2-3 business days and have yet to receive a call. I have called and asked for an update and sent emails still have not received a call. Very disappointed and would not recommend using this company. Update - the customer service team is useless, we have wasted so much time are always told we will receive a follow up and never do. Do yourself favor and do not flooring from LL Flooring. The 3rd party instillation company NM flooring has a 1.7 star rating and there is a reason why.

        Better quality flooring than Lifeproof stuff at Home Depot for less. Plus the mouldings/transitions that exactly match the flooring really elevate the install quality. We will return once we're ready to do the whole house!
