great prices that do drop with good driving and time on policy but when i did have an accident back in 2019 (not my fault) there were some issues. the other driver (who was driving without insurance) tried to cash on my policy for "medical bills" they waited till the week before time was up to file a claim two years after the fact. the company did not do a good job at keeping me updated as to what was going on. when they needed anything from me to perform their jobs, i was put on a time crunch and not informed or given time to prepare anything. when i tried reaching out to check on things (to the person who had emailed me previously and said they were the one handling everything) i was funneled through about 5 people all passing me off to the next because they had no clue what was going on and the next person would. took me 4 phone calls and almost a week to get a hold of someone who could actually provide mw with information. this situation was a bit frustrating, but otherwise, the prices are good and things are pretty convenient for me. so there are some upsides and some downsides which is why i posted 3 stars.
