        Poor customer service! Should've gotten $500 back now they only want to refund $400.

        Neighbors are noisy 24/7. Walls floors ceilings are thin. Management does not care or do anything to help. My window has been leaking for over a year when it rains, the replacement is coming. Washer runs hot water only, leaving only cold water for the sink and shower. Top cabinets in the kitchen hit the ceiling when you open them because the ceiling is caving in a bit. Smoke alarms go off every time you open the door of a hot oven. Peloton bike in the gym is broken half the time. They dug up a big chunk of the sidewalk months ago and now its just a gaping hole in the way. Rent is going up, FOR WHAT. If I wasnt getting married in a few months and had the energy to move right now I would not be renewing. Cant wait to get tf out. I dont recommend.

        By far the best apartment complex Ive lived in. The location is amazing. Most units are updated and the amenities are great.

        Cant say enough good things about living at Windermere. Helen and Krista are both amazing. Answering any questions Ive had along the way. Maintenance has been awesome fixing things quickly. The grounds are also beautiful and well kept. So happy with the decision Ive made.
