      image Awful people. The secretary who's named Karen , lives up to being a karen for sure . She acts sweet as pie at first , but switches it up to let the evil out real quick . 10/10 do not recommend. Karen, find some manners or get out if customer service.

      image This firm doesn't know what closed means. They just sent me a letter that for a case that according to the online court access site, the case is closed and according to a legal definition of closed, closed means closed. No further action can be taken. The RI Bar Association should take a long hard look at these slimeballs.
