    I just had an oil change on my Lincoln today. Nick and Ed over at AutoRent took care of picking up my car and delivering me a loaner. They were beyond timely (early for pick up/drop off). They made renting a car with them and using Tasca's service extremely easy. A+ Service!

    This was back in 2019, nonetheless, I feel the need to share. I had a terrible experience with one of their employees, Madison. I received a call from her regarding a toll bill that had just arrived in May 2019, long after I rented in 2018. I bought this SUV from Tasca Ford and theu messed up my title paperwork. As I tried to clarify some details, Madison became increasingly defensive and condescending. She suggested that I was tarnishing the company's reputation and insisted that I take immediate action to pay a $127 toll bill. Despite my attempts to engage in a conversation, Madison remained rude and unprofessional, interrupting me, accused me of yelling at her and this was not the case, and she hung up in my face and refused to answer when I called back. Upon further investigation, it was revealed by the MA EZ Pass Customer Service Rep that the bill had never been transferred into my name. Consequently, all fees were waived as it was determined that the oversight was on Madison's part. It's worth noting that I am a Platinum Plus Member with Enterprise, and any toll charges are typically billed directly to my card. Unfortunately, this process was not adequately explained to me, and I did not inquire about it. I emailed slim@autorentri but didn't receive a reply, and I doubt the branch manager reprimanded Madison.

    First tried to tell me that it was clearly written in the agreement that if I used my husband used our EZ pass, we had to add the rental to the account. Then tried to say that 9/10 people know you have to do this. Yes, its clear that the agreement says we will be charge for unpaid tolls. If my husband was under the impression it was being charged to our EZ pass, he thought he was covered. Drives over the Newport bridge twice a day, had the rental for a week. What should have been less than $10 in tolls for us is now going to cost $250. Completely unwilling to admit they failed to provide that detail. Also are charging the admin fee per toll, not per bill they receive as its clear multiple tolls are being billed on the same invoice. This is absurd and unconscionable. Already had massive issues with Tasca when we bought the vehicle and now this when everything was under warranty. Im disgusted by this company that has repeatedly just apologized with lack of accountability since the day we handed them a deposit.
