My spouse recommended contacting Art and Soul. I was looking for a place to show my glasswork around 2014, with two-year old twins.Sue Shapiro, it turns out, worked as a counselor helping persons with disabilities find work. The gift shop was her retirement dream. One of the reasons that she started the gift shop was because she saw so much talent in her clients. I worked for persons with disabilities in my early twenties. There is a ramp on the side of the store, and the whole store is accessible.I think that Sue Shapiro has great taste and I love to peruse the store while waiting for her to finish waiting on a customer.Sue Shapiro is a kind person. She collects socks for homeless people in the winter. She has a neighborhood clientele and helps her repeat clients find the right gift or decoration for their home.She wants to be part of a community, and avoids online sales as she wants the one-on-one interaction with customers and friends to be the main focus.I highly recommend Sue Shapiro's store, Art and Soul. I love showing my glasswork there, and she is a nice person.

A hidden gem of an art store. I highly recommend to anyone looking for that special gift made by local artists. Jim was able to tell me about the artists and their story making everything unique and meaningful.

Art n Soul is a delightful intimate shop. It's my favorite place when I need something special. If you're looking for a piece of pottery, hand-blown glass, unique jewelry, a wall hanging, well-made wind chimes or a beautiful scarf, try this shop first. Susan patiently helps me choose something and gift wraps it too!
