Thought I'd found the perfect nail tech. Flawless work, convenient, accommodating, & even open on Sundays. Except I arrived, 5 mins early, for a pedicure appointment this am & she's a no show. 2nd time. Was offered an unacceptable alternative. New owner lacks understanding of basic customer service & courtesy. Especially for a regular client. Her escalation was unnecessary. Gwen, please call me! Or cancel my remaining appointments.

Ive been going to Dip Nails for months and they always do an amazing work. Recently, Ive been going to Dana and I love her. Shes gentle and shes very nice. She loves making designs, every time I show her a new design she always gets it exact. They all do beautiful work. I totally recommend coming here, especially to Dana.
