Just had the most amazing shopping experience with Adam. It felt like we were getting 5-star hotel concierge service. We returned a jacket because we didnt like the fit. Not only did they recommend a jacket that is typically only available online, they then went in the back to see if they had a return of this exact jacket which they did! We bought it in the spot and didnt have to hassle with waiting for an online order. Thank you!

Walked into this location today looking for a certain sweater but was never greeted or even acknowledged. I finally found the sweater which was on a bottom shelf. Unfortunately my size was not there, there was a woman working right next to where I was, never asked me if she could help etc. instead when I put the sweater back she gave me a look to kill. Seriously, Ive never been looked at like that. I couldnt get out of the store fast enough and wont return.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, guided me to what I needed, made suggestions, helped my friends. All around nice experience.
In addition, make sure to pay your employees more - a suggestion to all employers everywhere!

I wish my experience with the staff was similar to other good reviews. I went in with my husband and kids. After a few minutes one of the employees told my husband that they had nothing that would fit him. Hes a 41S so nothing out of the norm and was also untrue. My daughter asked about a pair of shoes and the same employee just said nope and walked about. I was surprised how rude they were. The store is very clean and well kept. Awful customer service though
