CVS

Quite possibly the worst cvs pharmacy I have been to. I would rather drive 40 minutes south to my original cvs than even try to pick up a prescription from here anymore. Every time my prescription is either cancelled for no reason or they somehow mess up my very valid insurance and try to charge me full price for medications that I need. If you NEED your medications in a timely manner please go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

I had a fever of 101F and scheduled an appointment for a drive through rapid covid test. I was kept waiting for a long time before the girl gave me a test. I finished giving the sample. She said she will call with the results in twenty minutes. Just when I got back home, they called and said they dont have the strip for the covid test and hence ghe sample could not be used and I would have to schedule an appointment somewhere else. What kind of a a service is this? Why cudnt they call before and say the strips had gotten over? Is this a way you treat someone who is sick? Shame on the staff and CVS !

The lines are long here because one of the self checkout registers is broken and they dont have enough staff to have two people on register. If the one self checkout register that works needs assistance, both lines stop. Considering that CVS is a Rhode Island company this is a pretty embarrassing way to run a store in your capital city. If youre looking for a store that values your time, go to the cvs down the street in Pawtucket - they have working registers but the same staffing issues.
